It becomes more energy efficient and will keep heat insulated during colder months.
It keeps everything you have in the garage safe, a lot of people use the garage as storage for expensive tools, gardening and landscaping supplies, and even workout equipment.
Having a garage that is working in perfect condition helps keep all of your assets safe.
Replace Your Front Door
You may be wondering why you would replace your front door. It may make the front of your home more welcoming. If your door is old or worn out, it may need replacing. Selecting the right color has benefits because your entry door color sets the tone for your home. Different colors add a different vibe:
Black gives the home a modern, traditional look.
White gives a classic contemporary look, it’s more of a “safe” option.
Navy Blue can be traditional or can be considered sleek.
Yellow attracts attention, but if you’re aiming to sell the home any time soon, it may deter buyers.
Red is definitely attention getting. It adds a traditional look and can be toned down to burgundy when needed.

Two other powerful changes that can add great value to your health are consuming chia seeds and flaxseeds. Both of these seeds are superfoods and a little goes a long way.
Chia seeds add massive nutrients to your body and are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, fiber, antioxidants, 2 tablespoons contains 5 grams of protein, phosphorus, manganese, and potassium. Omega 3’sare great for our bodies, they fight against heart disease.
There are several ways to use chia seeds, here are a few:
You can add them to smoothies or protein shakes, salad dressings, salads, homemade baked goods and energy bars.
You can make it into a healthy pudding ratio: 1/2 cup milk/nut milk + 2 tablespoons chia seeds, then add flavoring and let it chill in the refrigerate for a couple of hours and it will gel and transform into the consistency of tapioca pudding.
They can be used as an egg substitute ratio: 1 tablespoon chia seeds + 2.5 tablespoons of water. Let it sit for a few minutes and it will transform into a gel substance.
They can be made as a jam ratio: 2 tablespoons of chia seed + 2 cups of mashed fruit, add sweetener and then let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes and it will develop the jam-like consistency.
Flax seeds help with digestive health. They are full of vitamins and minerals including potassium all found in just 1 tablespoon. They are loaded with fiber, omega 3 fatty acids, and may help lower blood cholesterol. They can be bought either ground or whole, but ground are easier to digest.
Ways to use flax seeds:
Sprinkle them on your salads, yogurt, and oatmeal.
Add them to your protein shakes or smoothies, your gravies, add them to your homemade baked goods and energy bars.
Use them as an egg replacement (mix 1 tablespoon flaxseed to 3 tablespoons water)f or best results - let it sit until it turns into a gel. Try it in your vegan friendly recipes.
Both of these seeds are loaded with antioxidants and other nutrients; therefore they are a great addition and do not affect the taste of your food. However, whenever you use either, you’ll want to drink plenty of water so your body reaps the full benefits of them.
